This pamphlet was published in 1971 by Novosti Press in Moscow and contains documents from the March 1971 Conference of Officials and Representatives of Jewish Religious Communities in the Soviet Union. The donor, Steven Barry Friedman, was active in the Save Soviet Jewry movement. This pamphlet was sent to him in the early 1970s after he wrote to officials in the USSR in regard to freedom for Soviet Jewry.
