This poster advertises the Nazi propaganda film "Feldzug in Polen" or "Invasion of Poland," which depicted the 18 day German invasion of Poland in September, 1939. It was directed by Fritz Hippler and shows the Poles as aggressors and oppressors of the German ethnic minority in Poland. The film was released in Germany in February, 1940 and debuted in New York at the 92nd Street Theatre on August 22.
