Elizabeth Kroo (born Munkacs) received this and other small birthday gifts made by her friends in a forced labor camp from materials stolen from the factory where they worked.

The "document" includes a drawing of Elizabeth Kroo with humorous personal information, for example, hair: short (being a hairsplitter); forehead: hard (contents vary); eyes: diamond (many would scratch them out).
