The title translates: to be or not to be...
To be French is to save for France its last chances to become again a great power... to revolt against anglo-saxon capitalism.... No to be French: is to remain passive and indifferent before that new agression to which we are victim; to let yourself be abused by the promises of the generals of Wall Street and the City [presumably London], is to count on the miracles that the anglo-saxon radio announcers promise us daily. It is necessary to maintain the sovereignty of France and its rank as a great power...it is necessary to resist! To capitulate is to abdicate!
