Maimouna is an ethnic festival of Moroccan Jews which is celebrated on the day after the seventh day of Passover in Israel. It is celebrated outdoors, usually in a park. Families have picnics and cook-outs; some people dress in Moroccan costumes; Moroccan foods are featured.
